According to AddLife AB, org. no. 556995–8126, (“AddLife”) Articles of Association, the owner of Class A shares has the right to request that the share be converted into Class B shares. At the request of shareholders, 37,000 Class A shares were converted to 37,000 Class B shares.

Following the conversion, the total number of shares and votes in AddLife as of October 31, 2024, amounts to 122,450,250 shares and 163,605,414 votes, respectively. 4,572,796 of these shares are Class A shares, representing 45,727,960 votes, and 117,877,454 are Class B shares, representing 117,877,454 votes. AddLife’s share capital and the share’s quota value are unchanged.
