Specialty Paper Manufacturer to Open Competence Center in Turkey and the Middle East in January 2025
Personalized customer service, technical support, and forward-thinking consulting – Felix Schoeller is now offering its full range of services for its premium specialty papers directly to customers in Turkey and the Middle East. The new service and consulting hub in Istanbul will begin operations on January 1, 2025. The globally active family-owned company announced this ahead of the Intermob trade fair in Istanbul.
With this new location, Felix Schoeller is once again strengthening business relations in the region, which it has maintained for 35 years. “We are using this local presence to provide even more focused support to our customers in the region and assist them with all matters related to our solutions,” said Tim Gutendorf, Head of the Décor Segment at Felix Schoeller. Matthias Breimhorst, CSO of Felix Schoeller, added, “Our customers in Turkey and the Middle East benefit from our global production network, including joint ventures in China and India. Combined with our expertise, this forms the foundation for solutions that are both forward-thinking and practical. We create real added value for our customers – and our new office in Istanbul is an important enabler for that.”
Until now, the company had been represented in the Turkish décor paper market by TURHAN MÜHENDİSLİK A.Ş. Necmettin Çakacıaslan, who has been representing the company as an agent, will support the specialty paper manufacturer during the transition as the new location is established.
